1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing remotestaffexperts.com or engaging Remote Staff Experts for staffing services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services

Remote Staff Experts sources, screens, places, and manages remote professionals based in Pakistan for client businesses, primarily in the United States. Specific engagement details, including roles, working hours, and fees, are set out in a written service agreement with each client.

3. Candidate selection and hiring

We present shortlisted candidates, skills assessments, and recorded interviews for your review. You make the final hiring decision. A placement begins only when confirmed in writing by both parties.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are agreed in writing before a placement begins. Invoices are payable on the schedule set out in your service agreement. We may suspend services on accounts with overdue balances.

5. Replacement guarantee

If a placed candidate is not the right fit, we will source a replacement at no additional cost within the window agreed in your service agreement.

6. Non-solicitation

During an engagement and for twelve months after it ends, you agree not to directly employ or contract staff placed by us outside of your agreement with Remote Staff Experts without our written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential. Every member of our staff signs a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before accessing any client data, and access is removed immediately at offboarding.

8. Intellectual property

Work product created by placed staff in the course of your engagement belongs to you. Our internal processes, materials, and candidate network remain the property of Remote Staff Experts.

9. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement by written notice as set out in the service agreement. Fees accrued up to the effective date of termination remain payable.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the site or our services constitutes acceptance.
